What is a user case?

Your customer acts as your ambassador in a user case. A user case can appear on your website as a text, as a video or as a combination of the two. In a video it is a combination of an interview with your customer and images of your product in practice. Showing a satisfied customer is for your potential customers the proof that your product meets the expectations.
