Tricorp is the market leader in modern workwear. The clothing developed by Tricorp for men and women is robust, beautifully designed, safe and comfortable. Its products comply with all regulations and standards. Tricorp markets five different lines of clothing: Tricorp Casual, Tricorp Workwear, Tricorp Corporate, Tricorp Premium and Tricorp Specials. The entire collection can be found online and in the physical stores of selected dealers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Step 1: Digital growth strategy

Tricorp’s range of work clothing is characterised by its variety and frequent updating. The digital growth strategy is based on a perspective of B2B e-commerce, where cooperation with dealers is prioritised. The digital positioning and strategy is therefore aimed at creating requests and transactions for Tricorp’s dealers. We use a content-driven approach to the end customer; the user of professional work clothing.

Step 2: Technology

Tricorp uses very complex technology, such as the links between the B2B e-store and the product information management (PIM) system, and the advanced dealer backend. In addition, we provide dealers with access to direct requests to the front end of the web module. In response to the rapid growth of B2B e-commerce, we use a wide range of software plug-ins to generate maximum business via various digital channels.

Step 3: Operation

We are continually working on maximising the return from all the digital channels of Tricorp and its dealers. The extensive range of work clothing gives us a great many opportunities to generate online requests and transactions in collaboration with partners. We operate all the digital channels on a daily basis to make sure Tricorp is successful.
